Antenna design
We design the optimum antenna pattern based on the customer’s operating environment, product shape, and the type of paper substrate used.
The substrate on which the antenna is mounted can be made of paper.
Etching
Concerning etched antennas, E-Garde mainly uses aluminum antennas.
Flip chip mounting
The chip is flipped on the substrate during mounting.
Because the chip is placed directly on the antenna, it can be made into a product with “space saving” and “high conductivity” features, compared to wire bonding and other methods.
Printing
Offset
A common printing technique for inked images is to transfer from a plate to a rubber blanket and then to the printing surface.
It is ideal for large volume printing.
Inkjet
A type propelling droplets of ink onto the subjects or paper.
For the low volume printing , inkjet is the perfect option.
Laminating
Using our custom-made machine and sheet-to-sheet production, on-demand order is possible.
In addition to offset and inkjet printed sheets, lamination can also be carried out on printed paper with holograms and foils.
Die cutting
This process involves punching products using press mold or Thomson mold.
In addition to the ISO standard size cards, it is possible to make various size products upon the requests by making a new die cutting mold.

Quality inspections are carried out on all products at the Tokyo factory. By establishing an integrated in-house production system, from development to quality control, we deliver advanced high performance products and keep seeking to ensure quality is maintained and improved.
